Tamsin qualified with a Level 5 Diploma in Sports & Remedial Massage Therapy from the North London School of Sports Massage and is a full member of the Sports Massage Association (SMA).

Tamsin’s interest in her trade came from experiencing the effectiveness of Sports & Remedial massage therapy while training for the Silverstone half marathon. She is now a regular runner around the gruelling hills of Highgate and Ally-Pally, meaning that she still needs regular massage to keep her going!

Of course Sports massage is not reserved for just the sporty types. Tamsin treats just as many clients with stiff sore muscles from the stresses of office work, parenting, hiking and sitting!

Tessa has massaged at events such as the London Marathon,  The Royal Parks and Run to the Beat half marathons and The Ride It-King of the Downs cycle event.

She runs, cycles and plays tennis.
